FAQ

The Jom Isi Database Campaign is a 4-week Social Media and Survey Campaign aimed at encouraging the present and past members of MASAF to participate in the Corporate Relations Bureau’s Annual Graduates and Internship Surveys

The information obtained from these surveys will then be stored in MASAF’s corporate databases.

  • To improve and enrich the existing corporate databases of MASAF.
  • To provide quality databases for our key partners and stakeholders.
  • To provide a helpful reference for all students in terms of finding a place for internship and connecting with other Malaysian Graduates.

As mentioned before, the data collected from the survey will automatically be stored in MASAF’s Corporate Database. After careful review and analysis, the Corporate Database will then be shared to these parties for reasons which would benefit you and MASAF’s Community as a whole.

Graduates Database
To possibly connect one with employers in Malaysia or abroad via our partnership with our key stakeholders and collaboration with EPS Malaysia.

Internship Database
To help Malaysian students in France who will be doing their internship in accessing a reliable list of possible companies – where they can perhaps perform their training

We truly understand your concerns on this matter. Please be assured that security is our utmost priority, Therefore, to throw those worries away, the Corporate Relations Bureau of MASAF pledges to make the following initiatives:

  1. Safe Designation of Survey Forms
We designed our survey forms in a way that the risk for you getting yourself endangered online is extremely low. With this in mind, we have made it a point to minimize the amount of private information required of someone in both forms.
  2. Regulated Access to the Corporate Database (Post-Survey Campaign)
The regulation procedure differs according to the type of corporate database that one wishes to access. This is explained as below :

    Graduates Database
MASAF Stakeholders and EPS Malaysia have direct access to this database through a safe link/platform that is only  accessible to them. However, if they wish to share this database to external parties they will have to undergo system logging – in which they will have to inform MASAF about the further details of the sharing. The Board of Governance along with the External Line of MASAF will then decide whether this sharing of databases is feasible or not.

    Internship Database
Students will have to sign up/register themselves on the Forum at masafrance.org in order to gain access to this database. This method ensures that only Malaysian Students in France can view this database for their personal use and convenience.
