Rules and Regulation
General Rules & Regulations
- Sports records must be submitted before the due date (27 March 2021:11.59am). Any records sent after that will not be counted.
- Please submit your sport records/videos in the dropbox provided. The link for the dropbox will be provided along with a confirmation email for your registration. It can also be found on the MASAF Official Website.
- Make sure you reach the set distance for each category.
- Cheating/hacking or by any means to have undue advantage will not be tolerated. Those who cheat/hack will be disqualified instantly without discretion.
- Any late registration shall not be accepted.
- All top 3 winners for each category will need to send a photo of themselves to the person in charge for each category.
- For the Top 3 winners of the Hustle and Muscle Challenge and Ruler of Olympus, MASAF will upload your video on MASAF’s official instagram and MASAF’s official website. Whereas videos from other participants will only be uploaded on MASAF’s official website after receiving confirmation/agreement from participants.
- Winners will be determined by votes from the jury and the final decision is fixed.
- For Hustle and Muscle Challenge :
2 voting sessions with 5 voters from MASAF Sports Bureau - For Rulers of Olympus :
3 voting sessions with 17 voters from MASAF HICOM and 7 voters from MASAF Sports Bureau.
- For Hustle and Muscle Challenge :
- For any inappropriate behaviour, you may be banned from participating in any activities organized by MASAF Sports Bureau. Example of inappropriate behaviour:
- Insulting MASAF about the tournament held.
- Insulting Masaf about the choice of winners.
- Any other behaviour determined that can tarnish the reputation of MASAF
- Please make the payment for the shirt/goodies before the end of the registration period on 19/2/2021. Your shirt/goodies will not be ordered if the payment is not made before the end of the registration period and you will not be counted as a participant .
- The rules and regulations are subject to change by the event organiser.
Hustle and Muscle
Rules and Regulations
- Open to students and non-students.
- Please record yourself doing the exercises and submit your video in the dropbox provided before 27 March 2021, 11:59 AM Paris time (GMT+1).
- Male: Push-up + sit up + squat (30 reps each x 1 set or 15 reps for each x 2 sets)
- Female: Push-up + sit up + squat (15 reps each x 1 set)
- For the Male category, there will be two options to do the exercises:
- 15 reps for each x 2 sets
- 30 reps for each x 1 set
- Your video should include your full body, with no pause in between and the time counting will start once the video is played. No editing is allowed for your submission.
- Please wear appropriate clothing when exercising.
- Make sure you reach the set amount for each category (15 or 30). If you fail to do so, points will be deducted or your participation may not be counted.
- Winners will be determined by the juries based on the time taken and the position/form in which the participants do the exercises.
- Hustle & Muscle (Male) Category Code: 101
Hustle & Muscle (Female) Category Code: 102 - The filename should be in the format of “code of category: fullname(email)” to facilitate the tracking process of the participants and in order to send you congratulatory mails. (E.g. 101: Muhammad Aliff Bin Rahman (aliff2002@example.com) )
- A confirmation email will be sent when we receive your submission. (Please note that the confirmation email can be delayed up to 3 days as we do it manually.)
- Should there be any issue with the submissions, our team will inform you to resubmit through other medium.
Rulers of Olympus
Rules and Regulations
- Open to students and non-students.
- Participants need to submit a maximum 3 minutes video in the dropbox provided before 27 March 2021, 11:59 AM Paris time (GMT+1) containing :
- Self- introduction
- Talents/skills to be demonstrated.
- What makes your Talents/skills special.
- Make sure that your face can be seen clearly when recording your video
- It can be a new recorded video or a used recorded video from 2019 or 2020.
- Please wear appropriate clothing when recording.
- Winners will be determined by the jury based on the creativity and skill level of the participants

Rulers Of Olympus (Female) Category Code: 202 - The filename should be in the format of “code of category: fullname(email)” to facilitate the tracking process of the participants and in order to send you congratulatory mails. (E.g. 201: Muhammad Aliff Bin Rahman (aliff2002@example.com) )

Rules and Regulations
- Participants need to use NRC apps as a proof of run to record :
- Time
- Total of kilometers
- Route
Any use of other applications may not be counted.
- Non-students are eligible to compete in Run2unite 10KM (F/M) but there will be no special treatment.
- Make sure you reach the set distance for each category. If you do not reach the set distance, points will be deducted, or your participation may not be counted.
- Participants who reach the set distance in the least amount of time will be considered as winners.
- Make sure you run in a safe area. Any accident / covid-19 infection is not our responsibility.
- Please submit a screenshot of your record in the dropbox provided before 27 March 2021, 11:59 AM Paris time (GMT+1).
- Run2Unite 5km (Male) Category Code: 301
Run2Unite 5km (Female) Category Code: 302
Run2Unite 10km (Male) Category Code: 401
