WHAT IS THE CAMPAIGN ALL ABOUT?

The Jom Isi Database Campaign is a 4-week Social Media and Survey Campaign aimed at encouraging the present and past members of MASAF to participate in the Corporate Relations Bureau’s Annual Graduates and Internship Surveys

The information obtained from these surveys will then be stored in MASAF’s corporate databases and in providing our services to the community.

OBJECTIVES

  • To improve and enrich the existing corporate databases of MASAF.
  • To provide quality databases for our key partners and stakeholders.
  • To provide a helpful reference for all students in terms of finding a place for internship and connecting with other Malaysian Graduates.
  • To help graduates in their job search.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN THESE SURVEYS ?

As mentioned before, the data collected from the survey will automatically be stored in MASAF’s Corporate Database. After careful review and analysis, the Corporate Database will then be shared to these parties for reasons which would benefit you and MASAF’s Community as a whole.

I HAVE DATA PRIVACY CONCERNS, SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

We truly understand your concerns on this matter. Please be assured the surveys are accompanied by a privacy policy that clarifies how we are going to use your data, your rights to it, measures in place to protect it and who will be allowed access to it.

Your security is our utmost priority, Therefore, to throw those worries away, the Corporate Relations Bureau of MASAF pledges to make the following initiatives:

We designed our survey forms in a way that the risk for you getting yourself endangered online is extremely low. With this in mind, we have made it a point to minimize the amount of private information required of someone in both forms.

For instance, we do not collect details of one’s mobile phone number, residential address and social media account details in the forms) In sooth, the only personal information required is your email address.

The regulation procedure differs according to the type of corporate database that one wishes to access. This is illustrated and explained as below :

Graduate Database

MASAF Stakeholders and EPS Malaysia have direct access to this database through a safe link/platform that is only  accessible to them.

However, if they wish to share this database to external parties they will have to undergo system logging – in which they will have to inform MASAF about the further details of the sharing.

The Board of Governance along with the External Line of MASAF will then decide whether this sharing of databases is feasible or not.

Internship Database

Students will have to sign up/register themselves on the Forum at masafrance.org in order to gain access to this database.

This method ensures that only Malaysian Students in France can view this database for their personal use and convenience.
